Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our suite of marketing and management solutions.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, business management systems, and SaaS-based services, with the ability to communicate value-driven solutions to potential clients. This role is pivotal in contributing directly to customer acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through market research, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for marketing and business management solutions (e.g., ClickUp setup, CRM systems, automation workflows, digital marketing retainers).

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage leads, track communication, and update sales stages.

Client Consultation & Pitching

  • Understand client needs, business models, and pain points.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive digital presentations, demos, and customized proposals aligned with client goals.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales or solution teams to design tailored offerings and scope of work.

Sales Conversion & Account Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all client agreements, contracts, and documentation are completed and maintained.

  • Follow up on open proposals and handle objections effectively.

Relationship Building & Account Expansion

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, COOs, etc.).

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handover.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.

  • Track KPIs such as lead-to-close ratio, deal size, and sales cycle length.

  • Report performance metrics and strategic insights to leadership.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B digital sales (preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or consulting)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, branding)

  • Familiarity with business management tools (CRMs, automation platforms, project management systems like ClickUp)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing agencies, consulting firms, or digital transformation businesses

  • Knowledge of tools such as ClickUp, Zapier, HubSpot

  • Prior exposure to international B2B sales and remote work cultures
